Founded by Coach Erica Oresky, This Naked Tribe helps individuals, teens, and families strip away the barriers that keep them feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed so they can grow with confidence, connection, and purpose.

Through compassionate, nonjudgmental coaching, practical tools, and personalized support, clients learn to navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Services include 1:1 and group coaching offered virtually, in-person, and in-home, as well as Walk & Talk coaching experiences.

Drawing from lived experience, recovery, and education in Affective Liminal Psychology, Coach Erica leads workshops and support groups focused on personal empowerment, confidence, communication, parenting, emotional wellness, and intentional living. She also partners with local nonprofits and community organizations to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.
