Tres Rosas was born from love, faith, and family. Inspired by my three daughters—my “three roses”—our restaurant celebrates tradition, hard work, and the joy of sharing a meal together. Each dish carries a little piece of our story, from our family roots in Mexico to our home here in Folsom. At Tres Rosas, every guest is treated like family.
