Prefer guided workouts? Choose Personal Training, or check out VTL: FIT our Small Group Training program. Our full Group Fitness schedule, has classes ranging from low-impact aqua to high-energy strength, cycle and HIIT sessions.

When it’s time to unwind, enjoy our heated outdoor pool, spa, and a kid-friendly spray garden. Families also appreciate the expansive Kid Zone, making it easier to stay active while kids have fun nearby.
